KR-48100 Rectifier Module

Topaz KR-48100 is a compact 2U high by 19 inch wide rectifier module and up to 20 units, equivalent to 2,000A can be can be constructed in a single rack. Power systems of up to 11,000A capacity can be constructed using multiple racks. It features unity power factor, typical efficiency greater than 91%, a wide AC input range of 187 - 275Vac with forced air cooling in an ambient of 0 - 50°C. Alarms AC on, SMR off and SMR alarm present indicated on front panel. Other alarms and status are displayed on the alphanumeric LCD display.
Remote Alarms All alarm states defined above are transmitted to the MiniCSU
Remote Controls
Equalise Mode Equalise Mode is initiated by a signal from the MiniCSU.
External Voltage Control (EVC) Optically coupled PWM signal used to control rectifier Float and Equalise voltage over a limited range to optimally adjust battery voltage for temperature and voltage drop in DC bus, limit the maximum battery recharging current and achieve active current sharing. See MiniCSU specification.
Rectifier Inhibit Rectifier can be inhibited by a signal from a remote computer, transmitted via the MiniCSU.
